Simple to use but delivers complex tasting drinks at the touch of a button. I love this machine especially in the morning where I want a great coffee in a short time. Low maintenance means I’m not spending more time cleaning it than I am drinking the effortless cups of coffee it gives me. The design and engineering would make you think that the price would be at least double than it is sold for. If it was I would still have bought it given the joy of ownership. Together with the reasonable no nonsense insurance cover from AO I will be happy with this product for years to come.

I really like this machine - it's my third machine but first bean to cup. I didn't fully understand how the milk worked but I like that it's not inbuilt as no smells and you can adjust how much you use. You also don't need to stand and froth - i put the milk in the cup, hit go and take the dog out. It's ready by the time I'm in. I thought the milk wasn't hot enough which is a common complaint for me with machines but this is adjustable. You can also run a milk froth first then hit latte so it gets warmer. Overall I'm really happy with this - for what I paid it was excellent value for money. I don't find it too noisy with or without hearing aids (im hearing impaired) so that isn't a problem for me. The bean to cup aspect makes for better coffee- i definitely see the difference and there's no "samey" taste - you can taste the different beans.

Doesn't come with the filters, but overall it's been a great upgrade to my last machine. Time will tell with durability, but so far so good.

A great coffee machine for a busy team. It is not overly loud when grinding the beans and the water tank is big enough for quite a few drinks. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is that you need to buy a water filter (£12) separately and this wasn’t mentioned before purchase.

First bean to cup coffee machine I have purchased. Very easy to set up and simple to use. Can’t comment on reliability as only had for a couple of weeks but seems solidly built

Overall really pleased with this coffee machine. Getting the milk right takes a bit of trial and error.
