Having two dogs who seem to think casting hair is what they are in the world for, I had, for upper floor, a certain well-known cordless cleaner, which, despite its name, was not doing a great job of consuming the hair. I decided to go back to this corded machine, which has made a massive improvement in the pick-up of hair, as well as accompanying dirt. A good-sized drum to hold the dirt is very helpful. It is surprisingly quiet which is a bonus. Altogether pleased.

Lightweight hoover. Long hose for stairs very good. Don't think it's as powerful as I thought it would be, but I have yet to use the different settings to find which is better for my floors. That's why I've given it 4 stars. Good price and looks good.
