The cooker had a faulty oven door and shards of enamel in the same oven, which increased in number when the oven was turned on. I’m still awaiting news on a replacement. Very disappointed with the quality.

I have had my oven less than a week and my rings began to turn brown / burnt ish looking after first use. Has anyone else had that ? I had my old fuel oven for nearly 11years and never had this trouble to clean .

4 Rangemaster Toledo+ delivered damaged (warped/doors misaligned by factory handling and chipped enamel). 5th attempt had warped pan supports so waited for new ones. Two full replacement sets later we have finally got our new range oven complete. Our last one was 15 years old so hope this lasts as well after such a bad start.

It would be a great oven expect delivered with fault in the cooling fan. As per AO went to the manufacturer whose technical team agreed would be cooling fan. Booked appointment for with 48hours but engineers rang me the day before saying they have no available appointments for over a week so I would have a working cooker for 10 days after it arrived. Poor service on all counts

I can only give this three stars as, although it's a great oven and the delivery team installed it expertly, the main oven fan isn't working, so we can't use it properly. For a large purchase, finding that one of the main parts isn't working, after delivery, isn't good. On contacting AO, they are sending out someone to fix it, but only after a delay of another four days - where we don't have a working oven.

My Rangemaster Toledo was installed on Monday, 10th October 2022. i love everything about this expensive range cooker, but as the engineer who installed it pointed out, the cast iron wok cradle is buckled at the front. I am very disappointed about this and am hoping for a replacement that fits as flush as the middle and left hand cradles. I have been in touch with your customer service department and have supplied photos and am still waiting for a response.

Looks great but not a fan of the red clock or the beeping sound when pressing the clock buttons. Also, very minor damage to the item on the front. The oven door also seems to get very hot at the top by the handle.

This Rangemaster Toledo is good to look at and was hoping it would be a cooker to last considering the price and prestige. However, I had to call Rangemaster service engineers within about two weeks as side panel bent outwards every time the main oven door opened and some screws holding hob down were not fixed, allowing hob panel to rise slightly. The Rangemaster operator did her best to help but we had to make do with a functioning, but slightly less than satisfactory, appliance for Xmas dinner. Am hoping appliance has no other unknown defects. Wait and see.
