The glass in the auxiliary oven door exploded the first time that we used it. (There are numerous similar reports on the internet.) All manufacturers experience production problems at some time or another but this came as a huge shock to us (pensioners). AO have been very understanding and helpful in replacing the unit with an alternative from another manufacturer.

Fantastic cooker. Great quality and performance. The three ovens make it easy to prepare and cook food ensuring everything is cooked in a timely manner.
