I was attracted to this heat pump dryer mainly because of the reduced running costs compared to ordinary condenser dryers and the fact that it is kinder to fabrics. I am so glad I purchased it as it has made such a difference to my life. As a busy single mum, I was finding it difficult to get my family’s clothes washed and dried. The soaring electricity costs put me off using my tumble dryer but hanging on the clothes airer was taking too long. The AEG heat pump tumble dryer may take slightly longer to dry a load of washing than a conventional dryer but I haven’t noticed a massive increase in my energy usage. The clothes come out warm to the touch and I can see that it is not as harsh as using the higher heat. It is incredibly easy to set up, just put in position, plug in and you’re done. There is an option to have it drain into a sink to save emptying the water container and all the connections needed for that are included in the package. I opted not to use that option and empty the water container every few loads. The filter is incredibly easy to empty and I do that after every load. It is a very user friendly machine using a turn dial to select the different programs and a push button start/pause and on/off. With a touch screen to select levels of dryness (iron dry/cupboard dry/extra dry), anti crease mode, time selection, delay start and alarm for when finished it really could not be simpler to use. The SensiDry feature is great so the program will stop automatically once the clothes are dry so saving me even more money! I live in a top floor flat so am very conscious about noise level for my downstairs neighbours but the AEG 7000 series SensiDry is so quiet to run that I can happily do a load of washing when I get home from work and have the dryer on late without upsetting my neighbours. Overall I would highly recommend this tumble dryer for ease of use, running costs and how gentle it is on clothing.  

I have been using this new tumble dryer for a few weeks and I am pleased to say I am very happy with it. I like the quietness of the dryer, especially compared to my previous one. The water tank is easy to take out as it is situated at the top. The dryer has a sensor, so it stops once the clothes are dry saving energy. The filter is much bigger than previous dryers I’ve had with different compartments to ensure as much lint is caught. I like the door being see through compared to a solid door. The dryer looks smart too.

I bought this recently and it had changed my life forever! Was very easy to set up. The design is simply perfect, it matches wonderfully in my home. It collects so much water from my laundry which is a big surprise and drys so well. Yet, it take a while to dry but you can''t even notice which is a plus. It has many programs which my favourite is the first one, mix dry, for all the clothes. It''s also great for a refreshment on the clothes that need it- which is refresh program. It''s great for our family 2+2 and it doesn''t take much space. It doesn''t take much energy because its the type heat pump dryer, which my old one was vented and I can see only positive. Also has dry sensor which is great as it stops when clothes are dry. Overall, i think this is great product to use in daily life as the weather isn''t good lately, and I recommend this to anyone who just wants to see the end of laundry in your laundry basket. I really like it!

I recently bought this tumble dryer and I was using for a few weeks now. Honestly I have to say that I’m impressed. Dries clothes very quick. Most of the times is drying faster than the program is showing. The water tank is easy to take out. You have also choice to connect pipe, if you’re too lazy to empty the tank. :p It’s very energy efficient.The filter is big and it’s collecting everything. I have 2 dogs and when I’m talking clothes from tumble dryer they are hair free. Im in love!!! If you dont have one i would 100% recommend this tumble dryer.

It was extremely easy to install, and we had it running in no time. The manual was easy to understand and the different drying programmes were really useful, especially the mixed cotton/synthetics programme. I was very impressed with the fact that it had a function to recognise when clothes were dry and stop, and also to optimise drying time based on the weight of the load.I have tried quite a few of the programmes, including the bedlinen programme, and found them to work really well, though I do like to err on the side of caution and set the programme to ''extra dry'' to make sure everything is really dry at the end.I was amazed by how fluffy the towels came out, something I had never experienced before.I really liked that the dryer did not have to be connected to any piping, and I can just empty the water that accumulates after each cycle. It is also quite easy to clean the filter after each cycle.I love the door being see through, so I can see if something gets trapped in the door and pause the machine to take it out. Also, the capacity of the machine is quite large, and it is not too loud.I would highly recommend this dryer and I am really pleased that I bought it.

This tumble dryer looks smart, is energy efficient and has some great functions built in. The noise the dryer produces is minimal and has a built in water tank for emptying so doesnt require any plumbing in or piping. It also means you can unbox, plug in and use straight away. The dryer had a touch screen for easy use and clear graphics of the settings and time remaining. I love the mix load setting as it means I can dry both synthetics and cottons in one load without spending time separating and having to do 2 loads. The anti crease function is great, it means I can dry clothes and hang the majority straight up without having to iron them! The SensiDry technology of the dryer means it is able to detect the level of wetness in your load and reduce its drying time accordingly, saving time and also preserving the clothes ! The dryer has a large capacity lint filter which has kept clothes and towels fluffy and saves having to empty it after each use. A great tumble dryer and I cant wait to try the other settings!
