    Efficient

    5/5
Great dryer. Really does a good job in terms of efficiently drying and not consuming much electricity. It goes well in the top of the our AEG washing machine.

    Get one!! It is brilliant.

This is a serious bit of kit. It takes a little longer than our old vented dryer but dries perfectly. I have noticed things like sweatshirts and fleeces are really fluffy! I read a lot of articles about excessive drying times for heat pump dryers but our experience has been fine. I wonder if the estimated time on the display when setting up a load is misleading, it always seems to dry much faster than the estimated time. It is noisier than our old vented dryer but that doesn't bother us as it is in a utility room. Also, as it is safer to run overnight than a vented machine (they are a real fire risk) so we can take advantage of the cheap rate electricity, which means we are already noticing the savings on electricity costs. I calculate that it will pay for itself in about 200 loads, three years maximum.
