Delivery from AO great and easy. I like the fact that this machine is very low energy. It is well built and has a large door which is handy. The filter is very good and substantial. I like the feature to delay the start so can use cheaper economy 7 electricity at night for items like towels. Compared to my old Bosch the drying cycles take longer but I think this is due to the technology used for drying as it is more efficient. The items don’t come out of the machine very hot as I am used to. I also think this will reduce the shrinkage on items.

User friendly and a great power saving product

Looks smart, but more importantly easy to use and clothes come out noticeably lighter and crease free. Energy savings should be substantial over the years too ????

Quiet and efficient dryer. Heat pump technolgy mens it's cheap to run. Would I buy it again? Definately.
