    Great looking product with great results

    I was very disappointed with the cooker I had and was only three years old. After having put up with the product I started to explore which cooker to replace it with. I was always on the web researching and realised which was for me but having to convince my husband to change was a challenge in itself. I finally convinced him late December 2020 and once he got over the shock of laying out £2k he soon realised it was money well spent! I could not wait for it to be delivered and fitted. It is a beautiful looking cooker and love everything about it. The design, the colour and most of all the results when using it are superb. I am very proud to be the owner of such a great product. Love it !!

    Good product so far, well packaged but build quality not so great, seals around the grill /oven are flimsy and installation requires an electrician or something because of the short electrical lead (I required an electrician and a gas engineer to install).

    Really happy with the cooker - it did arrive damaged but AO service desk gave a suitable resolution. Note - that although the SMEG website says that the cooker comes with telescopic guides for the grill this is not correct; they only fit the oven! Not AO's fault - SMEG's website differs vs their promotional videos.

    Looks beautiful and performs beautifully. It’s expensive compared to some rival products but it doesn’t disappoint, feels a cut above and will likely keep us feeling good about the decision for many years to come. Thank you AO.     Great first time service from ao, delivery was fast and efficient. Price was best around and with discount even better!!!! Customer services contacted me before delivery to confirm all details were correct and if I needed any assistance with the delivery. Overall great thanks ao!!!
