The product itself seems very goosd but the instructions are apalling. I wouldnt by another AEG again.

Looks nice but makes a weird clicking noise and the sensor doesn’t seem to know what it’s doing as the clothes are still damp when the program finishes, even when it’s on the driest setting.

Plenty of features and after the first couple of use, low energy use in line with expectations

Its a well built machine and its easy to work. We are still struggling to get some things completely dry but I thinks just us getting the hang of it. If you use the higest drying setting then it can take 3-4 hours.....

Really quiet Clothing on cupboard dry setting still a bit damp so needs a bit longer

Easy to use and works well though sometimes have to select a higher dryer setting or give loads and extra 10 minutes after the cycle finishes.

Review of AEG 9kg Heat Pump Tumble dryer. I've only had it for a week so it's early days. So far I'm impressed. Electricity use is averaging around 20p a load (based on 26p per kWh). It seems to do the job well. Laundry is dried well without being too dry. Docked one star for the following reasons. 1. I think it's quite noisy - fortunately the location we have it means noise is not too much of a problem, but depending on your situation it's worth bearing in mind that it makes quite a racket! 2. The app functionality is not great. It's OK but not at all impressive. I find the interface clunky and a bit pointless. Luckily, having the app is not very important to me; having tried it I'll probably not bother with it going forward. The only real value I find is having a notification when it's finished but that's not enough reason to have it. I wish manufacturers would pay more attention to app functions. It feels like they've made the bare minimum effort to be able to say it has an app!!

Seems to dry clothes well on the cotton setting although the mixed setting has needed a few extra minutes sometimes. The smart features are almost entirely pointless IMO - I can’t see why you would load your washing up then walk away and turn it on remotely. But maybe that’s just me.
