It’s a much brighter pink than I expected. It looks smart but unfortunately the bagel function was stuck on permanently meaning I can only toast one side at a time. I have contacted Smeg directly who said I am on a waiting list for a replacement, so hopefully she the new one arrives it will work as it should

Quite big toaster which takes lots of space on the worktop ,highly overpriced product I cant say it is better than previous £30 toaster .It doesn't even have pop up wire rack for warming up buns or other products You would want. I wouldn't buy it definitely not for this price. I did it because it was My wife's Christmas gift wish.

Very disappointed in this hugely expensive toaster. Its purpose, to toast bread, but it fails to do that evenly. In both slots, the side of the bread facing the centre of the toaster is always toasted darker than the side of the bread facing the outside of the toaster. Expected better from SMEG.

Toaster is fine. The listing is misleading as the pictures and video show a sandwich toaster rack and a croissant warmer, neither of which are actually included with the toaster. Feels like I’ve been scammed into spending even more money after paying for a Rolls Royce toaster.

I bought one when they first came out unfortunately it just came out of its warranty when the heating element packed up so can only toast one side at a time then turn bread round. Searched for a element to replace it but can find for other makes but no spares for smeg. I still use it as I have the matching kettle and because it cost so much I can't bare to throw it away.

Well designed but a bit on the heavy side when full of water

No extra racks included with a toaster of this cost but it does make lovely toast
