I replaced my previous Bosch Styline kettle (which did years of good hard service) with this - ok so its a bit more expensive but it is fast to heat and you get more information and control - the display indicates how hot the water is between 70-100 C and you can set the target temperature in 5 degree steps from 70 C to boiling - saves energy, time and money when you don’t need boiling water. There is a keep warm feature which maintains a pre set temperature - may be good for some people, but I don’t use this as a rule. The level indicator isn’t great - you have to look at the column behind the handle carefully, but I’ll forgive Bosch as this is otherwise an excellent product - oh and I think it looks cool too ??

This kettle took making a cuppa to a whole new level. With it’s touch control temperature adjuster enabling you to make your hot drink perfect to to your liking, in addition the kettle keeps the hot water at the temperature of your choice which saves time and money when your ready for your next cuppa. A highly recommended and essential part of your kitchen appliances.

This kettle replaces a previous Bosch kettle with variable temperature control, which had become unreliable. Living in a hard water area, these kettles must be cleaned regularly with white vinegar or a proprietary solution. This kettle, though almost twice as expensive as the model it replaces, does the job very well. It boils fast, is less noisy than its predecessor and, to my taste, the looks have improved. My only criticism is that the volume scale is hard to read. Yet to see whether it will be durable, my experience with Bosch products is mixed.

I love drinking a cup of tea and this kettle looks good and operates well. Yes, it can be a little noisy but the noise doesn't last long and isn't unbearabme. It also can take up space on the kitchen surface due to the base but despite these I would still recommend this kettle.

I bought this to replace the old Bosch model which stopped working after 6 years. It's similar to the old one but with some improvements. The kettle looks much better with more chrome and less plastic, the beep, which was really loud on the old one, is now much more restrained, and the lid opening mechanism is more reliable. The temperature touch controls works well and means you can choose 5 Degree intervals now. The base looks much sleeker than the old one too.

Pro's: Very good lid opening trigger. Usefully large volume of water for pan filling, etc.. Good temperature controls, if a bit flashy/cheesey. Con's: It's really VERY noisy! I find I have to pick a moment to boil water in the kitchen so conversation can continue... I wouldn't buy again, even though it works as it should.
