    NAFF faulty oven

    Not happy , no grill insert for the grill pan, an oven at this price should have one, how am supposed to grill? There is a pan , but can't grill without an insert. Load of rubbish, whish I had bought something cheaper!!

    Bought this oven in Jan 19, it had a fault on the fan, the first time I used it the cooling fan never switched off, I had to turn it off from the main. When I contacted Neff customer services they said they was short staffed and I would have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer. This was a brand new oven, totally unacceptable. Long story cut short I had a new oven delivered 7th February. This now has a fault on the cooling fan again. I am waiting for an engineer as I write this review. I have read other reviews now reporting a fault with the fan. It just comes on by itself, we were out and on our return the cooling fan was on. I had to switch it off from the main. This has happened a few times now. I think neff should be looking into this fault. I shall be asking for a different Oven, I will see if neff step up to the mark, I would still choose Neff as apart from this fault I was happy with the oven. I think it's just this particular one. Also this has no reflection on A O their service was very prompt with good delivery service and installation.

    Poor build quality

    Purchased the oven and delivered end of January, initially it worked very well. Though after use the cooling fan always ran for at least 30 minutes after use sometimes over 40 minutes which was noisy and frustrating and appears to be common issue.. Within 3 weeks, the fan (separate from cooling fan) within the main oven failed and food took double the required time to cook. Neff arranged engineer, who came out and replaced the failed part. He also adjusted the coo!ing fan setting to shortest time mode. The oven then began working great again. The cooling fan however still stayed on at least 25 minutes after oven switched off. 3 weeks after initial repair, fan in main oven has failed again. This oven is only about 2 months old, not what I wanted or expected from a "premium" brand. Awaiting engineer to come again. This time we will reject repair and have it uplifted. We will not replace with neff as it has less reliability than the oven it replaced in our kitchen.

    Oven been installed for about 3 weeks. Has been very noisy since it was installed. Today the bottom oven stopped working. Not what I would expect from an oven at this price.

    Naff neff

    My neff oven was delivered faulty, however the customer service I received from Neff was very disappointing, their staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers that have received a faulty oven, surely as these customers are so rare we should take priority. That is not the case, I reported the fault, then to be told I'd have to wait over a week for an engineer to confirm the fault. Not only that , no time slot could be given, I would have to be on call from 6.30am the day of delivery until 5.00 pm. The engineer would come between 7.00 am to 5.00 pm and that he would ring me half hour before he came. This is totally unacceptable. I've now got a new oven being delivered with same conditions. Disgraceful! AO need to negotiate with neff how they treat their customers when on such rare occasions there is a fault with an appliance.

    I am very disappointed with my new double oven as it is not reaching correct temperature and food is still hard hours after cooking time. Grill has no handles and is to large to be washed in our dishwasher. Looks great and cost double our last oven, but if it is not cooking, should have kept old one.....

    Really disappointing

    We used to think NEFF was a great brand-no more. We are now on our third oven in about four months. First had very noisy fan and blew out a lot of hot air. Second had a faulty cooling system. Our third and current one is waiting for the engineer to come out and fix the temperature control and assess why it is cooking predominantly on one side.
