Really pleased.. It’s a dream....no more dragging around, it just glides over the carpets and the suction is great on both floor surfaces. Good for getting under chairs and units and the flex length is a good length. Nothing to be disappointed with really ??

surprised how good this vax is. strong and very light. Makes a good job on both carpet and wooden floor. Price is very good as well, a winner in my eyes.

The Vax is really quiet and light. Very easy to use and the suction is amazing. It is detachable which makes hoovering the stairs easier. Brilliant on laminate flooring and brilliant at picking up stubborn pet hair. Would definitely recommend this product.

Cracking little machine, very light weight, very quiet compared to our last vacuum cleaner and the suction is incredible. All in all vey pleased we picked this one.

This beat other makes we had and really cleans well very happy with the results its a little heavy for my 90 year old Mum but my daughter has no trouble cleaning for her with it and sings its praises

I ordered this as I have a back issue and my old vacuum is heavy. This one is flimsy, poor quality and fiddly - the hose is 'clicked' into place and you have to bend and unlock it to enable you to attach it to the tools or the extension piece. (Hard with arthritic fingers - my old one just slots in/out). There is only space to store one of the two tools which come with it so what are you supposed to do with the other one? I found changing the floor/suction setting difficult too. I didn't pay enough attention to the cylinder capacity and it is way too small especially when you consider that this vacuum is marketed as being great for people with pets. I live in small flat with three cats and I had to empty the cylinder after half my living room, which makes me sound filthy but I vacuum every day and pet owners will tell you that there are always lots of hairs. I am seriously considering giving it away and buying the new version of my old vacuum even though it is heavy. Good thing about this one - it is quiet.

Replacing another Vax, that burned out after 3 years worth of 4 women's hair around the place. Extremely powerful, it was shocking how much it collected on it's very first run out! Made us feel quite dirty, picking up way more than its predecessor. However, the shorter cable, shorter hose and lack of multi-directional head almost made me want to send it back. We've kept it though as it was our mistake in not reading the specs properly and just assuming it would be a better version just because it was 3 years newer.
