Easy to use no good for thick carpet s the roller at the front only as 2 setting s . If carpet s to thick it get stuck. Apart from that the Hoover s great . Suction is very good.

We bought a VAX Mach Air after moving into our new flat. There are no carpets here, so we needed a cleaner that works well on hard floors. This model does an amazing job and is very powerful. The cord is very long also and its very easy to empty the cylinder. We got it during the sale, so it was excellent value and the customer services team are really friendly and helpful.

The suction is really good. Machine is not that light and the hose length not long and is restricted by a ring at the bottom of the Hoover. You have to disconnect the hose mechanism at the bottom of the Hoover to add the handle part to do the stairs. It is a bit of a faf but ok No storage space on Hoover for the pet hair adaptor Other than that the Hoover is good

Very light with good suction. I have never seen the carpets looking so clean. Nothing not to like yet.

Overall I am pleased with this hoover. It was a change from my old Dyson. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver. Has excellent suction which is great in a house with children! The only thing that I have an issue with is the hose been on the bottom I will get use to it in time more than likely but I find it hard to do the stairs because of it . The cord is long which is another bonus for me.
