One of the worst vaccums I've ever owned.

    1/5
It's heavy, the pipe is far too short to use to hoover things like stairs. The main part doesn't get fur out of the carpet and even on lino you have to go over everything multiple times. Truly regret this purchase.

    Cheap plastic, wheels broken!

    2/5
Had mine for 3 years and it was fine for occasional use on hardwood floors, thin carpets but i got it out last week to find the wheels are broken. It became very difficult to push and on inspection it appears the plastic mountings holding the wheels in place have broken inside. VAX customer service didn't want to help since I forgot to register for my warranty. Not happy, the whole lot is now going to landfill including batteries. They don't make em like the used to and it's annoying when these things are supposed to be saving the planet not helping to destroy it!

    Disappointing product

    2/5
I ordered this as I have a back issue and my old vacuum is heavy. This one is flimsy, poor quality and fiddly - the hose is 'clicked' into place and you have to bend and unlock it to enable you to attach it to the tools or the extension piece. (Hard with arthritic fingers - my old one just slots in/out). There is only space to store one of the two tools which come with it so what are you supposed to do with the other one? I found changing the floor/suction setting difficult too. I didn't pay enough attention to the cylinder capacity and it is way too small especially when you consider that this vacuum is marketed as being great for people with pets. I live in small flat with three cats and I had to empty the cylinder after half my living room, which makes me sound filthy but I vacuum every day and pet owners will tell you that there are always lots of hairs. I am seriously considering giving it away and buying the new version of my old vacuum even though it is heavy. Good thing about this one - it is quiet.

    Okish

Not very economically designed. Hand Hurt's holding the handle but 100% better than battery operated

    short speech

does the job but the hose could do with a bit better freedom instead of being pinned on by a clip

    Great corded hoover

Really good Hoover, very powerful! I can the see the track mark on the carpet where I’ve hoovered. Long power cable which is handy. Light weight enough that I can lift it up and down the stairs. Easy to empty as well

    Good value

    3/5
Lightweight and plasticky feeling and not the quality of other brands but I suppose it’s reflected in the low price Interchangeable hose is a good feature to prevent wearing from a single hose Good choice of floor type options Overall it’s a good vacuum cleaner

    Good suction but heavy

    3/5
This hoover does clean well on carpet and hard floor, but it's definitely not light weight as advertised. I dont really mind but if you're looking for something light, choose a different model. Also the hose is very short but it's got good suction so that's the main thing.
