As a pensioner I found the Vax easier to use on carpets, wooden floors and tiled floors than my previous upright vacuum cleaner. But it really came into it's own when using on the stairs compared to the detachable upright I previously used.

This is a lovely vacuum cleaner and very substantial. It picks up very well, far better than the stick vacuum that it replaced although it is heavier. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

An excellent product which I have also owned in the past, proving to be reliable, maneuverable, and easy to use on the stairs. Great for removing cat hairs, easy to empty, keep clean and maintain. I can highly recommend this vacuum cleaner for all the reasons I have given.

A really fab vacuum cleaner. It's fairly lightweight, never loses suction and is easy to clean. Goes from an upright to handheld really easily and has a huge dust compartment . The added attachments make this a great all rounder
