The tv was fine,however to my horror it had no earphones Jack. This has been a problem for many people when you check online. When i phoned ao for a solution they advised me to use rca jacks which did not work. When i phoned back they told me they would look into this and phone me back the following afternoon. That was over a week ago. Thanks a lot ao. I can't use this TV when others are sleeping. Don't you think that people expect to have earphones plugged in ,in this day and age. You should make it clear that no earphones jacks are on TV.

Product seems ok, service not so much. Still awaiting Cameron calling me to sort out a refund as it was sent to be soaking wet

Really disappointed by the product quality. Cheap materials and build quality, poor picture and sound quality - returned immediately.

I'm quite surprised at the poor sound quality of this Samsung - our last TV was Samsung and that had great sound. Looks like I'll need to buy a soundbar to improve it.

It seems a decent TV, but Toshiba apps seem less powerful than the Samsung ones we have on our older TV, so we can't watch ITV live, there is no option for BT sport at all. I don't know if we can watch BBC, C4 etc live, we haven't tried. On a plus point it's great to have a Bluetooth option as it's in our room - so my wife can keep watching with headphones once I'm out for the count.

I'm not too good with tech any more, but tv is working great, picture quality sharp, all in all a good product, well worth the money

Great picture, perfect kitchen TV. But the sound as absolutely rubbish. Like a cheap child's toy. My phone sounds better. So, I got a soundbar for £30 and now it sounds like a proper no-frills TV. Although with the faff of having two remotes. Just make sure you factor that in.
