Unfortunately the Samsung Tv with just a month buying it the sound completely went on it. Surprised for a modern tv also didnt have Bluetooth. Sound was very low. But we did get an updated version exchange happy with that but still no Bluetooth. Soundbar now fitted.

Great product, nothing technical about me. Amazed it sorts itself out. I now have Prime Video, Netflix and ordinary TV all on one remote. My Grandchildren all laugh at me but if your not tech savvy This is the TV for you. Love it. Thank you

As usual, Samsung kit is always amazing

This TV was purchased for my 93 year old mother as her last tv decided to die. Currently (after a week) she is delighted with the TV and is learning to get to grips with the smart aspects of it. As she said "That should see me out!!!" and if it's anything like the Samsung TV we purchased for ourselves quite a number of years ago it may very well do that, though as a very active 93 year old I wouldn't bet a huge sum on it. All in all a good purchase. The only down side was she needed a new DVD player to go with it as her old one was not compatible.

Having watched "TV" on my computer screen for a few months I was very pleased when this actual TV arrived. The feet screw on to the bottom and the screws are a bit fiddly to get in but overall not too difficult to sort. Setting up the TV is fairly easy and picture/sound quality are good. Will be glad to now sit down and use the remote after having to get up and down to play/pause/change programmes!
