Not very happy with this set.The picture is good when it's working. Instructions paperwork a hopeless. I still can't found out how to register the warranty an the set keeps losing channels and has to be returned to get them back.

Poor sound on samsung smart tv

The tv has a great picture, but we ordered a replacement when we realised how poor the sound was, but it wasnt a fault as replacement was same poor quality. Seems slim tvs have compromised the speakers so we had to buy a soundbar and now all good

Decent enough for the price

Entry level model with performance to match. Its sufficient for minimal use in a bedroom or similar, but UI is sluggish. Picture is pretty good though.

Not bad for the price…

Great quality picture. Sound is a little off, get some random high pitch noise. Might be a setting, haven’t messed around with them yet. Decent price for 32” smart full HD tv.

No screws provided to mount TV

No screws supplied to match unusual screw holes in TV. Had to buy specific screws for this TV from e bay and wait 4 days before mounting TV on wall. TV good !

Great picture but rubbish sound

Great picture. Rubbish sound. No bluetooth to link to external speaker. Had to buy a bluetooth transmitter and connect to back of TV. Mounted on wall but TV is very deep and sticks out too much. My previous Samsung TV was much slimmer, had bluetooth and the built in speakers were slightly better. So much for products improving over time.

Great value all in one easy to use streaming TV.

Samsung easy to use, light and quality feel. This is my second one. The main reason for initial purchase was it has all the streaming services built in. Samsung support is 24x7 and they can remotely connect to the TV and help. The only issue that can't be solved is that the remotes from our first Samsung TV control the second in the next room and visa versa. Doh. Samsung has no answer to lock one remote to only work with one TV.

Generally a great TV but every now and then the analogue signal disappears for no reason
