Nice picture and sound good for a small cabinet tv. Compact and good for the kitchen it's in. But the Samsung tv app keeps loading even though we don't want it. Earlier models it could be deleted but not on this newer model. Wouldn't buy Samsung tv again. Shame as we have three.

The tv did not arrive on the day it was supposed to. i had to fill in a form which made it look as though I had requested the change of delivery date. The smart facilities stopped working about three weeks after it arrived. So I have a tv that only shows terrestrial programs. I am far from impressed

Bought this for my mother. It's hopeless for an elderly person. You need a Samsung account for the smart stuff and she's not computer literate so I used my account, but didn't remember my password and didn't have access to email at her place. Cue two hours wasted phoning home to get reset codes via email that seemed to expire in seconds. Once I got it working, I found there is a 2-3 second delay on some remote control functions (e.g. the guide) so you assume it hasn't received the command and press it again and again and get in a mess. And due to the position of the receiver below the screen it quite often doesn't receive the command, you have to aim it carefully. Also, when you press 'return' it doesn't take you back to the TV, it takes you the main source menu, which stays up until you press it again. All unnecessary annoyances for a normal person but enough to render it nearly useless to a 93-year-old. On the plus side the picture is good, but sound is tinny.

Not the quality expected of Samsung. Very flimsy legs, a nightmare to set up unless you have the Samsung app. Picture quality not as sharp as the old Samsung it's replaced.

Bought this tv as good price and brand . Had not counted on the fact that my existing coax cable didn’t fit . Rang customer service straight away who advised i needed yo buy a male to female adapter. They kindly send the link . I ordered it but sadly cable still doesn't fit . Can not watch any terrestrial channels or most freeview channels while I temporarily have it plugged in through my Xbox

This was a quick replacement for another tv that just stopped working. The apps regularly crash this tv despite having high speed wifi, meaning you have to switch it off at the plug. When changing channels the remote is either under or over sensitive resulting in speeding through channels or talking ages and not responding. The sound isn't great. I'm really disappointed. A bad purchase.

The feet are very flimsy & difficult to screw in (without a head torch and tiny hands) - despite being fitted tightly, the TV leans backwards. The sound isn’t great, so I’ve had to buy a soundbar. The picture is good & it’s easy to set up. Probably best for a spare room, not as your main TV.

Good picture quality for price but sound is very tinny so ideally needs a soundbar as well. Setup was a bit of a pain as needed to register with Samsung as part of the process as you need to be signed in to use the online facilities which is a bit of a waste of time if you don’t use them and stream via another method (Apple TV for instance)
