As always Samsung delivers. AO got the Tv to me in the promised timeframe at the best price the internet could find. I found a better price and AO matched it. The 4K Tv has a great picture quality and OK sound. Vesa mount holds Tv well. Really Happy with purchase. ????

Really easy to set up, connection to WiFi is simple and Samsung TV is a brilliant, really easy to work and navigate through the menu, only slight set back is it did not come with bolts to connect to wall bracket, but was easily rectified with some 50mm M8 bolts

Good TV at a good price. Screen is nice and the OS is good, once you look up how to move apps around on the menu bar. Speakers are better than I was expecting, so leaving the soundbar until another time. Would have liked some mounting screws included but that's Samsung's choice not AO's. Delivery was fast and easy.

Tv is huge, kids think they're at the cinema!! People saying the sound is tinny, just play around with the settings and you can get a clearer, louder option which works fine for me! Quality, colours and picture all great, top Tv at a great price!

I bought a 65 inch Samsung smart telly and in a couple of weeks the picture had gone I Phoned ao to let him know what happened and they contacted Samsung who wouldn’t send an engineer out for two months to fix it so ao said it’s not fair that you should have to wait that long so the next day they sent me out a new telly
