Had it one week and for some unknown reason it defrosted and the fan had stopped working. Took all the food out which we lost and the fan restarted. It has been fine ever since but I have lost confidence in it and have to keep checking that it is working.

Great frost free freezer. Use without fast freeze has internal switch (not at rear of freezer) also part of the switch is for adjusting the freezer.

Bought this Beko UFF4584W Frost Free Under Counter Freezer to replace a Zanussi freezer that had stopped freezing. The Beko freezer was of similar size, so slotted in seamlessly to the space vacated by the previous one. The Beko freezer is very quiet, so much so, that you are wondering if it is working properly. It does not have any lights on the front to indicate whether it is switched on or at the correct temperature, a feature that we dislike. After installation, we used an ice cube tray to let us know when it had reached its freezing temperature. There are no other indicators. There is plenty of freezing space in the three compartments but the trays are flimsy. OK for the price but probably wouldn’t buy one of these again.

The freezer is a good size. And fits nicely under my worktop in the kitchen.

Had this freezer for over a week now and performance is excellent. Fan works perfectly very quiet and I’ve noticed a drop in my electricity usage so definitely uses less electricity than my previous freezer. Very pleased. Thanks

We've only been using this for a little while but so far absolutely excellent. It keeps the food frozen and no ice builds up at all. It's spacious inside with 2 drawers and one pull down door at the top. A little bigger than the freezer we had before it still fits well where it needs to go. Very pleased.
