Terrible quality, have had for just under 3 years and most of the plastic clips have snapped that hold the drawers and dividers. It started buzzing very loudly and discovered it was completely frozen up inside the fan despite claiming to be frost free and "no more manual defrosting" total waste of money

The door is very very hard to open, the freezer moves when trying to open the door, I have to use a screwdriver between door and frame to break seal so door will open.

Been using this product for just over a year and I would say it obviously isn't suited to hold much....the drawers are quite flimsy and this morning when I pulled a drawer out the glass divider below shattered for no apparent reason. Either the glass plate was faulty or its a design error- the glass looks very brittle with cold so I can only assume that a bit of pressure from the drawer above must have weaken it. Shame because it looks good but the drawer design is just really bad quality. it would probably be fine if you were only store a small amount of food in.

Very difficult to open the door. You really need to pull hard and the entire unit tends to slid forward at the same time. I have the matching fridge that does the same thing !

Product great but missing one off the adjustable feet. One week later still waiting on this being delivered

The freezer came with the door opening from right to left which means we had to pay someone to change it opening from the left. Also it is very difficult to open the door as it sticks.
