I ordered this product to replace one that was no longer working. The old integrated microwave was a bigger size than most integrated microwaves and this one fits the gap perfectly. It was easy to install and had the fitting kit and diagram included. It has a grill, which I haven't used yet, so I can't comment on this. The microwave it easy to use, with different settings to select from the buttons. It is also easy to clean. Fingers prints are easily seen on the outside of the microwave, but a quick wipe over and they disappear! I would recommend this microwave to other people.

We ordered this microwave to replace an old freestanding one, despite it being placed in a cupboard designed for an integrated appliance. This microwave fits perfectly, with the sizes exactly as described, and the colour match is identical to the existing Whirlpool oven it sits above. It was extremely easy to fit, requiring just 3 screws and a small bracket - a template is included to ensure this is placed exactly so. I won't use most of the programs this microwave offers, nor will I use the grill function. However I will use it to heat milk, beans, etc.. and for this it's as simple as placing it inside and pressing the 30sec start button. Each press adds 30 seconds - it really couldn't be simpler! Ordering from AO.com is extremely easy and I was kept informed about delivery times, etc.. from the moment I ordered until the van was outside. Very impressive customer service. Overall I'm extremely impressed with the look and feel of my new microwave. It's a perfect addition to our kitchen.

Nice looking and easy to use. looks lovely in my new kitchen. Has some good features, like fast defrost. it can take a reasonable size dinner plate for reheating meals. and is easy to clean.

Product was easy to fit dimensions a fraction small so I had to put a tiny card board to give it a little height. Apart from that, it’s been 100% will recommend.
