Not very happy with Smeg freezer the electric cord to plug in was extremely short another 6 ins wasn’t to much to ask

Delivered 27/01/22 plugged in, worked for 2 hours then stopped freezing.

Please be aware this product comes with a two pin plug. Not stated anywhere. Also says in the manual not to use an adapter. However AO, did arrange for a replacement the next day.

This product although nice size the description of the item doesn't tell you it comes with a 2 pin European plug.

Disappointed to find the control button at the back of the freezer, bearing in mind this is an under-counter model?! I know it is a narrow model but drawers are rather small. It takes a ot of fiddling to get level. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could

The freezer is okay just the right size to fit into the space I have. It generally feels cheap and plasticky compared to the 30 year old one it has replaced but all the ones I looked at are to the same 'modern quality'. The dial to adjust the temperature is tucked around the back making it a pain to adjust once it is under the counter. I guess it stops it from being tampered with and once it is set you are unlikely to change it again. Main issue is it comes with a Euro plug fitted that has then been fitted into a fused UK 3 pin adaptor. The plug is an ugly mess that sticks out of the wall about 3" instead of the 1" that a normal UK plug would. If you were planing to push the freezer close to the wall this might cause you problems. AO should highlight that this is the type of plug arrangement you will get and supply a picture of it. Yes you get a Fused UK 3pin plug but it is not like any other plug you probably have in your home.

Great under counter freezer, slight dent on side though. But quickly resolved.

Pretty good little freezer, nice deep drawers and works well. I’m not giving it the full 5 stars because it’s a lot noisier than my previous one and I’m already noticing signs of frost build up in one of the drawers.
