Major software issues. First time I used the laptop it completed froze. Had to carry out a hard reset. Since then there was an issue with the computer’s sound/audio driver. I had to get support to help resolve this issue. I’m really not impressed to have problems in the first week of owning this machine.

Perfect laptop, better than I expected! Very fast, beautiful Oled screen, thin and fairly light but strong and well built. don't need to turn it off, just close the lid and next time you need it open the lid and instantly ready and the battery is still nearly full. This is one hell of a laptop!

Brilliant laptop - very quick and responsive and lightweight. Typing easy with good keyboard size and layout. Would recommend!

The performance on this machine is excellent, super fast loading and charge time with a crisp clear display, ultra thin and durable. Theonly downside for me is the lack of a number pad but the well sized, back lit keys made up for this. I would definitley reccomend this product!
