The door is not reversible..... the inset handle would not be midway at the right height to actually use it to open the door. The bottom drawer is unusable as cannot open easily, so actually removed it for easier access to the bottom shelf. The changing the door over instructions to not actually match the model of freezer. The 2 year guarantee comes with the request to make a £2.00 odd direct debit to D&G as the call out charges of over £110 would still apply in the event of any malfunction! This would be a monthly direct debit........ altogether a scam on behalf of Whirlpool! Buyers beware! All is not as it seems or what we are told on purchasing by both the manufacturer's description, AOL sales team or the delivery team.

Very spaceous, great colour, lovely design. Overall very happy, I like that you can press a button for it to do most of its work on Eco 7.

Lovely freezer, the drawers open so easily and everything inside is visible and accessible. Really loved the light as well

Good clean lines and fits well in our kitchen. Plenty of storage space and nice to have things frozen but not covered in ice like our old freezer. Like the eco option that uses off peak power and the fact that the freezer is CFC free.

This was a replacement for a 12 year old Hotpoint. Firstly it had an E rating which will help save electricity. Slightly larger than my last one which is a help with the vegetables we had for freezing. It looks smart, it was very quickly at freezer temperature . Definitely a good buy and throroughly recomended.

its a great upright freezer, at -18 degree's centigrade, its proper ice cold, you really don't need the temperature to be any different to minus 18, it does the job perfectly, when you open the door you can feel the chill blow on you, that's how good it is. the draws are on runners so they pull out with such ease and comfort, its got vast capacity to store so much food. the only drawback is, the door needs a good tug to open it, but this should not be something that should put anybody off from buying this outstanding freezer. I bought mine for £474 with free delivery from ao.com and the service I received was second to none right to point of delivery.
