Cannot source replacement belts

1/5
Brilliant whilst it works....but if the belt breaks (which they do)...you've had it. Cannot get a replacement ANYWHERE!!! Not even from Beko themselves!!! I've had the vacuum just over a year now so out of warranty, so have to buy ANOTHER one! My lesson learned is....do research into spare parts before purchasing!

not happy

Bought this today after reading all the good reviews about it, said lightweight easy to use etc, OMG not lightweight or easy to use/manage the swivel head, especially if you have arthritis and back problem, that said, one of the seperate tools was missing as well, will not be buying one like this again.

Disappointing

1/5
We purchased this Beko Vacuum cleaner following an extremely poor experience with a VAX hoover which gradually disintegrated as quality was so poor and both wheels finally fell off. After reading the reviews on here and after having a Beko washing machine I decided to take my chances with this product. AO delivered quickly and on time so can't fault them. I used the vaccum for a couple of weeks before issues started. The floor brush once clogged up with girls hair wouldn't dismantle as it felt like I would have to break it open and didn't want to do that. Spent at least 30 mins cutting the hair from the roller. It still wouldnt spin correctly and just stops working at the slightest thing.I have now got to the point after 3 months and hours of removing hair and trying to get it going I am going to have to purchase a new vacuum cleaner. Have been extremely disappointed with this whole experience. Just phoned Beko support number and at least 20 minute wait on the line. What a good way to ensure people dont continue to wait. Beko thought you were one of the better, more reliable makes looking after their customers- how wrong it seems I was.

Don’t bother

The suction is so powerful it just sticks to carpet and you need super strength to push it. When you activate the brushes by pressing the button it makes it easier but not supposed to use this on carpet. Pay a little more and get a better product.

Beko bagless upright vacuum cleaner VCS6135AB

3/5
This might possibly be a good value machine but only time will tell as replacement parts are not available anywhere, even from Beko themselves, despite the manual giving instructions on belt and brush replacement for routine maintainance. Works well on carpets, rugs and wood floors. Tool selection and quality are basic. Easy to handle.

Very good suction, quite heavy, very manoeuvrable. Time will tell. Excellent value.

Powerful!

Over all the vacuum is great the only negative is the power cord is short! Needed to buy an extension else I would of had to plug and in plug for every room! A part from that the vacuum is great and all the attachments fit on the vacuum!

Good value

Bought this Beko Vacuum cleaner as my old one died on me. It certainly does a good job, powerful suction which proved itself within a few minutes of use - really did get all the dirt and fine dust out of the carpet which can be seen in the clear plastic container - it’s bagless which make things easier for disposing the rubbish etc. Just as good as vacuums three times the price. Would recommend this item if you want a vacuum that does what it’s intended for satisfactory. ????????‘s from me.
