this was bought as disabled and need help to get out of bed decided to purchase the hot cup so i can make a coffee without to much trouble. love the size of water reservoir and has Brita filter i wish i had purchased one ages ago the quality of the customer service team is outstanding , as i couldn't work out the price match deal this was sorted out in miutes with customer representive and delivery was meant to 3 days it arrived next day over all on all the stuff i have bought over last 6 months you cant get a better supplier
