My parents are in their 80’s now and religiously do the whole house every two to three days,the previous cleaner was rather heavy and difficult to use especially for the staircase,it’s a large 13 room house and this cleaner is fantastically easy to use and very lightweight,the suction power is better than any plug in cleaners we have had and the battery lasts for the whole house.Excellent couldn’t be happier.

Our old vac burnt out. It had given sterling service. However my wife aka the boss said she wanted a lighter cordless cleaner. After i had suggested a broom and being threatened with no sunday roast dinners she went for this. We feel that it could do with an extra battery and a seperate charger. We have adapted our cleaning to one room a day.as in its long form it tends to run out quickly. But overall the boss is happy and so am i as i only have 1 room a day to hoover and not spend a whole day cleaning the house, but we still think a seperate charger and extra battery would come in very handy.

I love this hoover easy of use, stays charged for the best time, easy to empty and keep clean. I love my Samsung Jet would recommend it to everyone

Very nice and decent charge on it. However to empty the container you have to take it apart which is not ideal when the container is small.

Very light, great suction on both hard floor and carpet. The tools are very useful and easy to change and store. Really good battery storage and charging dock. It charges quickly enough for short bursts of use and will fully charge in just 3-3.5 hours. The only drawback I would consider is that the fill line is about halfway up on the dust container therefore needs emptying fairly frequently. It’ is however very easy to empty and wash if needed.

Fantastic cordless vacuum, highly recommended. It is super easy to use, there is no need to switch tze head inbetween different floors such as carpet or hardfloor as it is automatic. The brush separates the hair and it is easy to maintain. We love the fact that the filter and dist container is fully washable. Hold the charge really well - I did a 3 bed house with a charge and still had energy left in the battery. I had a missing part in the box but contacted AO customer service who put me through the Samsung and the missing part should be with me soon. Very happy with our choice after a lot of research into cordless vacuums this seems an excellent choice and was good value for money as bought it on sale too

We have had numerous vacuum cleaners over the years and have always found ourselves going back to upright vacuum cleaners as cordless and handheld didn't really have the performance or battery power to get the job done. We have plumped for a cordless vacuum again and were drawn to this by the reputation that Samsung have for quality products but did have reservations given our history with this type of product. I can now say with confidence that this vacuums performance is excellent, It has no issues with any mess left by the kids. You know the ground in cereal in the carpet, the mud trails through the house from football and yes even our pet hairs. The rotating brush agitates the carpets well and is easily removed to clean and detangle. What makes it fantastic is that we can modify this vaccum to our needs, turn it into a small lightweight vacuum that easily removes the mud from the car, the crumbs from the sofa and has removed the need for a 2 hour nap after cleaning the stairs. If you want an easier life cleaning your stairs, cleaning your car, removing cobwebs, and also have great cleaning performance around the house go for the Samsung Jet.
