We've only had this vac a few days but first impressions are very good. It is very well made with all the component parts easy to fit and remove. Operating the vac is simply and being reasonably lightweight, easy to manoeuvre. It picks up our dog's hair from all surfaces but fills the small container and requires emptying after each use. The max setting is rarely needed as the low and medium ones are very good. Charging time is good by comparison with other units. Can't give it 5 stars as we haven't had it long enough but would recommend it on what we have found to date.

Love the product so easy to use I am a disabled adult but find this a breeze to hold and its so light weight easy to manover,picks up my golden retrievers fur with no issues but do find human hair does cause the roller brush to block easily although this is quickly fixed ,charges quickly and battery lasts a reasonable amount of time . Definitely worth the investment so easy to use even my nine year old can use it too! Have recommended this product to everyone!

Really well built and simple to set-up and use. It is incredibly powerful on Max so we normally use it on Med except when there is ground-in dirt. Going from a corded vacuum cleaner this is so simple to use and always ready to go.

I brought this vacuum cleaner less than a week ago, and when it was delivered, I couldn't wait to get started and try this vacuum out. I was amazed by how quite and how well it worked. Then today I vacuum upstairs as well as downstairs, and still had plenty of battery power left. By far the best cordless vacuum cleaner.

upon reveiving this product i used my old vacuum to remove the large bits from the floor then after charging i went over the same floor with the new samsung cordless and had to empty the dust container twice! It is light, easy to use and seemingly so much more powerful than any previous vacuum cleaner i have had. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

Easily put together. Powerful suction and easy to move around the house from carpets to tiles. Delivery was easy with an hour slot given on the day and regular updates.

Seems pretty good so far. Not heavy and easy to empty. Altogether very happy!

Brilliant product - covers all vacuuming requirements and has a long use time.
