Washer wouldn't finish a cycle or drain properly and the service group (Pacifica) for this manufacturer took over 3 months to rectify the issue. For some reason the manufacturer (Vestel) and Pacifica were in disagreements with each other over part ordering and engineer visits - whilst I had to use a laundrette due to a broken washer! Pacifica kept also closing the repair tickets meaning I would have to explain the everything from the start. In the end they gave up and accepted defeat allowing me to organise an alternative replacement with AO. I'd recommend LG, HiSense and Beko as I've personally had great experience with their washers.

Great washing machine: Very good value for money.

Overall happy with the service I've received, arrived on time and delivered to my kitchen. Washing machine is what you pay for, fairly basic, but it's surprisingly quiet. A washing timer would be an added bonus. Time will tell whether it's going to last.

Works efficiently but does vibrate a lot once on
