Overall happy with the service I've received, arrived on time and delivered to my kitchen. Washing machine is what you pay for, fairly basic, but it's surprisingly quiet. A washing timer would be an added bonus. Time will tell whether it's going to last.

The machine is nice and quiet on spin, but does not do a 1200 spin for the 60 minute wash, which is a shame, as I don't really want to use the 2 or 3 hour cycle every time. Other than that, it is a really good machine.

The washing machine works perfectly well. Was reasonably priced and I have no issues with it. However: Removing the transportation fixings was problematic, far too difficult to remove. The bolt holes for the new integrated hinges were not threaded.....bolts would not go in without me have to tap a thread. Hinge centres are not universal, your old machine door will most likely not match.

My washing machine broke and had to get a replacement. This is the cheapest I could get with a decent capacity. It’s not the one I would have picked but had to get an integrated one. It’s good for the price but a little loud. It’s already quite temperamental and makes very loud clicking noises when it starts and stops; sounds like it is breaking. I wouldn’t purchase again but it’s better than no washer!

To be honest I find it difficult to get excited over a washing machine, I bought this one to replace one that caught fire and it arrived swiftly and was straight forward to fit. It washes the clothes well and I'm currently exploring the different settings to see which are quickest etc. Have to say, I'm impressed with the quality of the wash - PE kits are coming out clean on a 40 degree wash which is good. I would say that its a shame it doesn't have a count down on when the load will be finished, I miss that from the previous machine and it is also a little noisier than I was expecting hence the three stars and not more. All in all it does the job and is a good price.

Washer wouldn't finish a cycle or drain properly and the service group (Pacifica) for this manufacturer took over 3 months to rectify the issue. For some reason the manufacturer (Vestel) and Pacifica were in disagreements with each other over part ordering and engineer visits - whilst I had to use a laundrette due to a broken washer! Pacifica kept also closing the repair tickets meaning I would have to explain the everything from the start. In the end they gave up and accepted defeat allowing me to organise an alternative replacement with AO. I'd recommend LG, HiSense and Beko as I've personally had great experience with their washers.
