A very sleek looking washing machine with many different washing cycles to choose from but on the downside many of those wash cycles take far too long to run. The cotton cycle for example takes over three hours to run whilst my last Neff washing machine did it in an hour. The manual says that washing pods shouldn't be used that was not apparent prior to purchase. I've got a cupboard full of them.

Great washing machine, quiet, availability of short cycles. Had our previous Neff for 18 years, this one seems a much better product, less water and shorter cycles. All round, very pleased.

Excellent product. All programs you need including quick washes. Great wash results & spin leaves clothes nearly dry

I bought this to replace my 15 year old Neff washer/dryer which unfortunately 'died' and was expecting to find a better machine with more functions but no, there are far less. For example, there doesn't appear to be a wash cycle of less than 40 degrees, no short wash - it's either a full wash or the 30 minute cycle which has too short a spin cycle so it needs to go on again for a rinse and spin. A bad decision on my part and an expensive one at that!

Great product very quiet. The projected time on the tiled floor is very handy. Plenty of options for different washes from 30oC plus spin speeds.
