We have usually bought Bosch products and have been pleased with the quality and performance. This model seems to be as we would expect. The buttons are touch sensitive and operate by 'touch on touch off'. It would have been better to have some tactile effect as its sometimes hard to know if you have actually got the setting you want. The screen is a bit cryptic and you need to familiarise yourself thoroughly with the various symbols or you easily get confused. Apart from these minor issues the machine works well and as reviewed elsewhere is exceptionally quiet.

Very very quiet, easy to operate and a pleasure to do the washing in it.

So easy to use - basic and straightforward with all the necessary buttons on it ! This was for my elderly mum and she loves it , so quiet and works just as she wants it to !
