Decent machine. It’s very quiet when washing or spinning. I really only have two gripes, both minor: 1. There seems to be no way to set the machine come on after a set delay, or at a given time. I would really like to be able to load it up and have it start running at night after I’ve gone to bed. 2. Very minor, but since this is installed in the kitchen under the counter, I am forever accidentally touching the start button. The silly power up noise is driving me crazy. Apart from that, it does what it advertises. Clothes come out clean and dry.

A great machine so far. I don't think however that I can set it to come on at a certain time (can't see it in the app either), hence 4 stars and not 5.

Great product and worth the cost. Very useful features, only shame is you cannot set off the wash or det a delay timer from the app.

Great machine so far. We were replacing an earlier version of this model and this has an even bigger drum which is a bonus. Good selection of programs and the pause and add items function is a godsend.

Quiet, dries without too much creasing and is a big drum. If there is one thing, it would be the timer. I specifically wanted a delay timer because my cheaper rate electric starts at 12.30am. This one can only be set using an end time rather than a start time. Also, I can't find how to set it the timer from the app (don't think it's possible). Using the app is a massive bonus. I can't set it off from my bed.

Can't fault the washer dryer so far. I have been a Samsung customer for several years and their products just keep getting better. The larger 10.5K drum drys the clothes better, probably due to the fact that they can tumble more freely.
