The heating element broke after 5 months, and doesn't appear to be made to last a long time.

This washer dryer is absolutely fantastic value for money. It has plenty of wash and drying cycles and a useful quick wash/dry for emergency clothing ?? The drunk is huge and happily takes a king size blanket. I am very impressed with the dryer too. All in all it's just brilliant

Does what it says and a great price. Does take a while to dry towels though so need to be done in small loads.

Clothes don't come out smelling clean after washing them which is awful as otherwise it would be a good washing machine, wouldn't purchase again, will be looking at having to buy a new machine in the near future once this one is paid off.

This is a really good machine. The only pitfall is that it doesn't fully dry everything unless you have a fairly small load. However, most items will dry thoroughly after a two hour drying cycle. You may need to either put towels and jeans in again for a little while, or leave them to air dry.

great product and looks great, we didnt take out cap on waste under sink by mistake, so didnt work, called AO and an enginneer came next day and showed us our mistake and got it up and running for free, perfect service
