Well lets start with the plus points! Great price, delivery and service as expected from ao. The cleaner is very easy to assemble, very easy to clean, it sits neatly on its charging stand and with its LED headlights you get to see where you are supposed to be cleaning. When it comes to cleaning I think I would do a quicker job with a toothbrush and blindfolded! I had so much hope for this neat little unit but am thoroughly dismayed at its cleaning prowess! In my opinion you are better off with a mop and bucket! Sadly disappointed.

Good product, solid build, easy to operate. Could be better at cleaning edges but otherwise nice to use. Use it on our original floorboards and keeps them dust free.

I was really looking forward to using yet another shark product but this time I'm somewhat disappointed. Whilst it cleans the floors well its fails to reach up to the skirting boards, I have 3 cats so decided on hard floors as it's easier to keep clean. But I found I still had to sweep the edges and wipe them down, so for this reason I shall be returning it as I'm still doing 2 jobs when should now only doing one!

Easy to set up and use. Cleaned the floor really well. Nice self clean function.

So far so good and a relative game changer! White porcelain tiled floors, fox red labradoodle…I say no more! We were considering re flooring throughout the ground floor but I thought I’d give this a go! Think it is going to save us a lot of money! It’s great. Picks up hairs, cleans as described and smells good too. Self cleaning is an excellent addition but I’m looking after it and cleaning the filter each time to be ensure it doesn’t get clogged up. Unit smells fine, a friend has a different one without the self clean function and she says it smells horrible so this is a worthwhile addition. Only used for a week (but nearly daily!) and I’m very impressed!
