Best washer dryer I’ve ever had. Whisper quiet to the point I can put a wash on in the evening and you wouldn’t know even though I’m in a flat. Easy to use both with and without the app and the dosing feature is not something I thought I’d want but you just chuck the whole bottle in there and forget about it. Very handy. It does have some seriously long cycles and I’m still working out what I like best but even the quick wash and dry gets my child’s nursery clothes clean within the hour.

This washing machine has been a letdown. The programs are far too long, making laundry a time-consuming chore. Worse, it caused color bleeding that ruined some of my clothes, even on safe settings. The dryer is also frustrating, leaving a lot of fluff behind. For the price, I expected much better performance. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Positives: The 15 min quick wash and 60 minutes wash&dry is great. This setting doesn’t completely dry a full load but we use this setting to minimise the amount of time it takes to air dry the clothes and it doesn’t damage clothes we wouldn’t typically put in the dryer. The dryer also does a fantastic job and doesn’t totally obliterate the washing and crease everything like our old machine did. It’s a smart looking machine, I love the auto dispenser and it’s reasonably quiet. It has lots of settings and I the app function is good. Negatives: Despite the manual mentioning that if you pause the machine mid cycle, the door will unlock (if all conditions are met), this features doesn’t work and I’ve found it impossible to meet the conditions. Even leaving it to cool down for 30 mins to see if the door would eventually unlock. This is rather frustrating and was a feature we regularly used on our previous machine. The build quality is also not as good as our previous machine. The outside of the door is plastic and feels quite cheap it also has a silver bezel which looks cheap and arrived with a tiny chip in it so will need to be carefully looked after. The hose on the machine was also quite a bit shorter than our previous machine so we had to unexpectedly purchase an extender.

It looks great and washes really well.The drying takes a while but it gets it done. The app is a nice touch and it means you can control the machine a lot more than others. Pausing during a wash to throw those bits in that you forgot is great! Very quiet too.

Replaced an ancient Bosch which had served us well. Was surprised by how silent it is, can't be heard if the door is closed so is fine for running at night on cheap leccy. A full wash and dry cycle does take 5hrs or so on eco, not sure if that's normal on modern washer/dryers. It has a tank for conditioner and soap so you just dump a full bottle in there and it doses the wash appropriately which is handy. The only minor gripe I have with it is there is an app for setting the programme, but you still have to press the button on the machine to start it, so you can't put it on 'remotely'.

Less than impressed. A standard load wash that takes 4 hours, a 1 hour wash/dry programme that doesn't dry the clothes, and having to use an App to programme a quick load simply adds to my stress, rather than "take the stress out of laundry day". It means it will take me 2 days to do the amount of washing I used to get done in 8 hours, and neither my son nor husband can use it without downloading the app. Definitely not recommended.

It looks really nice, and is pretty intuitive. The app is good although not the easiest to set up. Works really well once set up though. Clothes came out nice and clean. Only bug bear is the tumble dry takes 3hrs on a max load. There are shorter dry cycles available for smaller dry loads. Very quiet machine too!

There is a known issue with this model causing the F17 issue or the machine stops drying clothes and overheats. Within 1 month of using the machine it stopped drying. Pacifica made an engineer appointment but no engineer showed up so 1.5 weeks later they sent another engineer who told us about the known issue with this model and that once the part is replaced it ‘should’ work fine. However, they failed to send the engineer the part so we have to book a 3rd visit and hope someone shows up to fit the part. Hisense should be recalling these machines and not selling them knowing there is a dodgy part in the machine that will need replacing. I originally left a fairly positive review as the machine washed and dried well for those short few weeks but purchase with caution.
