The washing machine is not working properly it keep saying there is no wash liquid and the washing smells looks like it's washing with no liquid , looks like a manufacturer's fault i want to be contacted about this issue please

There is a known issue with this model causing the F17 issue or the machine stops drying clothes and overheats. Within 1 month of using the machine it stopped drying. Pacifica made an engineer appointment but no engineer showed up so 1.5 weeks later they sent another engineer who told us about the known issue with this model and that once the part is replaced it ‘should’ work fine. However, they failed to send the engineer the part so we have to book a 3rd visit and hope someone shows up to fit the part. Hisense should be recalling these machines and not selling them knowing there is a dodgy part in the machine that will need replacing. I originally left a fairly positive review as the machine washed and dried well for those short few weeks but purchase with caution.

Absolutely awful machine - Ridiculous range of programmes and very noisy. e.g - There's no fast spin on any quick cycle meaning the drying cycle starts with very wet clothes - how is this sensible? Also the the 1400rpm spin is very noisy. Machine spec quotes 72db, I'm measuring 81db

Less than impressed. A standard load wash that takes 4 hours, a 1 hour wash/dry programme that doesn't dry the clothes, and having to use an App to programme a quick load simply adds to my stress, rather than "take the stress out of laundry day". It means it will take me 2 days to do the amount of washing I used to get done in 8 hours, and neither my son nor husband can use it without downloading the app. Definitely not recommended.

When spinning the drum would rattle inside, erratically banging. It was so loud and I couldn't spin over 800 ram as that was bad enough. Sent it back after a couple of months. Dryer function was good as was the auto dosing drawer.

This washing machine has been a letdown. The programs are far too long, making laundry a time-consuming chore. Worse, it caused color bleeding that ruined some of my clothes, even on safe settings. The dryer is also frustrating, leaving a lot of fluff behind. For the price, I expected much better performance. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Major issues on delivery, paid for Sunday delivery and installation. The guys that came rushed through the installation and were in and out in less than 5 mins. Had to be called back as the machine wouldn't drain, the guy was really defensive when I asked if he could check everything was okay with it. He was adamant and that he did everything perfect and the issue couldn't possibly be because of anything he did. He couldn't wait to arrange for a new delivery so that he could quickly leave. The replacement was booked for the next day which caused me a major inconvenience having to take the day off work. The 2nd set of guys were really helpful l and did all they could to investigate. They finally found that the bung was left in the pipe and was the reason the machine wouldn't drain. Something that could have been avoided if the 1st pair had checked properly. The washer dryer itself is very good and has a good range of options especially when you use the app. The auto dosing function is good, but there are something Hisense could improve on like allowing you to change option with having to turn the machine off and on again. This is something that was on a previous model and make things so much easier. This one is also not as quiet as previous models as, spinning is very loud. Washing and drying are very quiet thought and works well for my open plan space. All in all it's a good machine and after all the chaos although I'm still annoyed with AO about it, I'm happy with the machine so far.

I've not found this washer dryer quiet.on spin cycle it can be heard I'm every room in my flat with doors shut. Quite disappointed
