Purchased about week ago. Really happy with the new washer/dryer. Really quiet , lots of programs to choose from . Very quick delivery.

Fantastic machine, amazing how paying a couple hundred pounds more improves it so much. Quick washes and comes out dryer than when we had a Hoover with the same spin. Factor in 5 years warranty and it makes that little bit extra more worth while!

Only had it a few days, did a wash and cloths come out virtually dry.

Machine is super quiet even on spin. Gets very hot on tumble dry mode but very crisp clothes when it has finished. Lovely big drum to take a whole laundry bin load of clothes.

very quiet. A bit small when drying double beddings and bed sheet. Other than this it is absolutely fine. Really pleased when this washer dryer.

The Washer Dryer has a modern feel about it and is slightly deeper than i have had before but that isn't detrimental. The serial number along with model number and maximum weights of laundry can be found on the inside of the door jam...the door and opening is larger than usual and makes the loading and unloading much easier. Although there is an instruction book all the directions are on the easy to understand and to use near the appropriate dials which are more sophistcated than the old style mechanical clunky dials on cheaper models. The dryer although shows a possible maximum time quickly adjusts the timer after a few revolutions so the computerised programming can work out the best timing. The dryer fluffs up the towels and makes a superior overall feel far better than previous and the quality shows in all aspects from the feel of the door to the playing of the samsung "national anthem" to tell you the cycle has fully finished. The machine also has a handy timer for it to start at a later stage allowing more control over other things so you are not a slave to the washing.

A fine well made and quiet washing machine that produces good results. It does have rather a lot of features, some might say too many, and the lengthy handbook isn't as good at explaining them as it should be. I would have liked better explanation of the drying options, e.g. five hour cycles must be rather expensive and it would be good to have a simple guide how to reduce them.
