Purchased this washing machine in February 2021 and by June 2021 it has broken. It starts a cycle and then stops with an error code for the door lock after about 20 minutes. We had a Samsung engineer come and change the door lock and again after he left it was still displaying the error message. It's then a faff trying to get the engineer to come again as it has to go through Samsung via another company called Group FX, we've been without a working washing machine for a month! Do not buy

Despite having limited space we had been considering getting a Tumble Dryer. However, when our washing machine decided it no longer wanted to wash clothes and shred the rubber seal around the outside of the drum instead we decided I t was time for a new one. With this in mind we went for a Washer/Dryer. Many people told us that washer/dryers are rubbish and that they are not very good at either washing or drying, but, to our surprise this machine is both excellent at washing and drying. Our garments are cleaned wonderfully, and the dryer function means I don’t have to painstakingly hang socks and undergarments out after a wash! 30 minutes on a dry cycle is often enough to take the damp off clothes before hanging to dry. If you want clothes cupboard dry then it will do it in 1.5-2 hours. Which isn’t bad for a machine that is supposed to be terrible at drying. So, if like us you have been told to avoid a washer/dryer like a cough in 2020 don’t listen to them! This is the machine for you. Carving out its own path both washing and drying every garment you can throw at it. To top it all off it even sings you a song and just when you think it’s all over it throws in another few bars!

This product is one to not buy, I have brought though AO, and 3 weeks later I still waiting to get replacement. Samsung are really bad, admin are not able to do anything.I called after using once and dryer had an error message. Engineer arrived week later and jammed up the machine and not been able to use since. Samsung admin seen to be out of UK and are useless, after 7+ calls still no replacement. They seem to unable to be any help.This has meant I have spent about 5 hours on the phone trying to get some one to sort me out. So a sorry review. AO seem to be helpful (Alex ) still trying to sort.

Turns out our old smaller damaged washing machine is better than this. Whilst drying socks will 90% of the time. End up sitting in the rim of the door and thus don't get dried properly. When draining after a wash children's socks will get sucked through into the filter blocking the machine and causing an error. But trying to empty this filter is impossible when this has happened without flooding your kitchen because it is of course at the very bottom of the machine hidden behind a small push click door. If it ever gets blocked the machine makes more noise than anything I've ever heard. That being said, it's a stylish machine and it is very quiet when it's working properly. Just don't wash any small socks in this and you might be alright.

Great washer dryer quieter than I expected even on spin and with all the different programs you could want. Good to be able to wash as low as 20c and as high as 90c Wasnt clear from advert that only the cottons programmes are 8kg other wash programmes (synthetics, mixed) are 4kg max but that's still plenty Worth noting that with protuding parts the depth is 68cm not 60cm It would be better to be able to set dryer in 15min increments not 30min but that's a minor niggle Great to have a 5y warranty Note that to register the 5 year warranty you need the serial number which was on a silver sticker at the back not inside the door at the front as ao advised. (As I had already had it installed in a small cupboard I had to hold a mirror behind take a photo of the reversed image and then reverse that...)

So far very pleased with our new washer dryer. The programmes seem generally shorter than our previous one, but more effective - especially with the added bubble soak option. The fast 15 minute wash has already come in handy. There was a bit of a 'hot' smell the first time we used the dryer, probably just because it was new, but it's fine now. The manual is not always particularly clear - looks like it suffers a little from being translated from Korean. For example, I wasn't sure if I could put items that wash at max of 40' in the 40'-60' eco wash (after some research it turns out that it's OK - the eco programme doesn't go above 40'). The extended 5 year warranty is a bonus. We also like the happy little tune it plays when the washing's done!

Fantastic machine, amazing how paying a couple hundred pounds more improves it so much. Quick washes and comes out dryer than when we had a Hoover with the same spin. Factor in 5 years warranty and it makes that little bit extra more worth while!

I have had a Samsung Washer before and it gave good service so it was an easy choice. It's a well built machine and has more than enough programs to suit every household. Love the built in dryer which is ideal as long as your not doing too much laundry on the same day. Very quiet and stable in operation.
