I was initially happy with the product but 3 weeks in it stopped suddenly locking door with water and clothing inside. Samsung have offered an engineer visit 9 days later. Would return if it was an option.

This product is one to not buy, I have brought though AO, and 3 weeks later I still waiting to get replacement. Samsung are really bad, admin are not able to do anything.I called after using once and dryer had an error message. Engineer arrived week later and jammed up the machine and not been able to use since. Samsung admin seen to be out of UK and are useless, after 7+ calls still no replacement. They seem to unable to be any help.This has meant I have spent about 5 hours on the phone trying to get some one to sort me out. So a sorry review. AO seem to be helpful (Alex ) still trying to sort.

Purchased this based off reviews that it was super quiet, ours is horrifically noisy, the noisiest washing machine I've ever used. Really difficult trying to get the manufacturer or AO to do anything about it. Very frustrating.

Water doesn't clear from the drum after a wash.

Purchased this washing machine in February 2021 and by June 2021 it has broken. It starts a cycle and then stops with an error code for the door lock after about 20 minutes. We had a Samsung engineer come and change the door lock and again after he left it was still displaying the error message. It's then a faff trying to get the engineer to come again as it has to go through Samsung via another company called Group FX, we've been without a working washing machine for a month! Do not buy

Regret buying this washer dryer. Everything g comes out very creased. I made sure not to overload the machine, used fabric softener and lower spining to 1200, still very creased. Now zi use spin of 800 rpm which means things are more wet and it did not sort the issue to my satisfaction. Do not recommend this machine.

Product is spot on, really good value for money and has a premium feel. Unfortunately the numpty dropping it off managed to dent the side

Good choice of programs but VERY noisy on spin cycle. Had to call the engineer out to it but was told there is no issues with it !! - not really happy with it but as I cannot return it will just have to put up with it and go for a more better make next time. At least it comes with 5 yrs warranty so i think the engineer will be visiting often.
