Samsung a very good quality machines

    5/5
Good washer dryer, sturdy and well made, best operated via an app on your phone. This method expands the program options. This machine works much better as washing machine than a washer dryer, with lots of programs to choose from, most useful is the short heated wash. Plenty of alert tunes. I like to hear the washing machine sing, but I think it could get on your nerves or wake up sleeping people ? Although,, I think It can be switched off. ? The drying program isn’t available as a stand alone function. Only as part of a wash & drying program. Only drys adequately on a long wash because, loads are dried for same amount of time as they are washed. I e a 2 hr wash is follows by a set two hrs of drying. 20 mins was is follows by 20 min dry. Useful to speed up drying but, probably not dry enough to put strait on. So not great to put uniform in for quick freshen up to be dry in the morning. As a pensioner I find it quite good. I iron a lot of items and don’t want items to dry to iron. I don’t need anything ready for next morning etc. so perfectly acceptable. Although it would have driven me mad when my children were at school. When my kids were at home I had two tumble dryers to keep on top of the drying. I would say any mum with this machine would probably need a second tumble dryer. Over all I recommend Samsung products and this washing machine, but not to anyone who can’t operate it via a smart phone or who need quick or reliable cupboard dry clothing.

Smart, Silent, and Super Efficient-A Game-Changer!

    5/5
After 12 years of reliable service, my Indesit washer-dryer finally started sounding like an airport runway, shaking vigorously with every spin. It was time for an upgrade, and I’m so glad I chose this Samsung model! One of the standout features is the AI and WiFi connectivity. While not essential, it’s a game-changer, especially for those with parents who aren’t comfortable with digital controls. I can remotely set the right wash cycle or drying program from my phone, making laundry worry-free for my mum. The noise level is impressively low, even at a 1400 spin. It’s almost silent, which is a huge plus. The flexibility of the wash programs is another highlight. I love how you can adjust settings, changing temperature, spin speed, and drying options to suit your needs. The mixed wash cycle is fantastic, completing a 5kg load in just 1 hour and 15 minutes. For heavier clothes, you can add an extra spin for better results. The Smart features make life even easier. A gentle alarm notifies you when the cycle is complete, and if you’re using WiFi, you get real-time updates on your phone, perfect if you're at work and need to remind someone at home to hang the clothes. The delay timer is also handy; I set mine to start at 7 AM, and by 8 AM, my clothes are washed and dried on the quick cycle. Initially, navigating the settings felt a bit fiddly, but after some trial and error, I figured it out. The best part? You can save your favourite cycles for future use on your mobile. If you own multiple Samsung appliances, I recommend registering for a Samsung account to link them all. It streamlines everything. Plus, registering your warranty is effortless; just scan the QR code on the machine, and it’s done. I’ve had this washer-dryer for two weeks now and tested most of its features. I highly recommend it!

    Flawless washer

    5/5
We've been using this washer dryer for about two weeks now. The washer has plenty of programs we have yet to explore, but so far it's been excellent. Quiet operation, some programs take a few hours to complete but that is not an issue for us. I was slightly indifferent to the wifi feature before, turns out the ability to have some extra settings on hand is quite useful.

Couldn't fault this product from Samsung easy to use and set up, dries enought to put straight onto your back. Cloths fresh clean and smelling lovely however it will use alot of electricity when using the wash and dry so would recommend using dry when you really need it :) 10/10 would recommend

Very happy so far but with a couple of idiosyncrasies...

    5/5
Had the machine a few weeks now and overall really happy with it. It looks good, is easy to use and seems very well made as per Samsung's usual standards. At the time I bought it there was an offer for a 5 year extended warranty, so very happy with that too. I had an AEG washer / dryer previously which lasted about 10 years before it finally gave up, but I can say the drying on the Samsung is much much better, and possibly the washing too. I've had comments that the clothes seem brighter. They certainly smell fresher. How much of that is down to the Samsung actually being better and how much is down to the age of my AEG I couldn't say. A couple of minor idiosyncrasies, there is a delay timer but unlike most other machines, you don't set how long you want to delay the start by, instead you set when you want the cycle to finish. Works just as well but an unusual way of doing this. Lastly, the Eco mode is really good but sadly you cannot adjust the temperature in that mode, it's between 40-60 degrees based on what the machine thinks is best for that particular load. So I can't for example use it for my shirts as they shrink at 60 degrees. Of course one can use the other programs like cotton and adjust the temperature as per normal, but it would have been nice to be able to do that in Eco too. But overall very happy so far.
