I’ve given it 5 stars because it is simple to use, much quieter than the machine it replaced, and was good value for the features it has. It does stick out slightly more for the units but it isn’t by much and I could probably sort that if I spend more time adjusting the pipework. The instructions for connecting to the SmartThings app are not that clear and I had a couple of attempts before I managed it, but now it’s working it is a useful feature. Highly recommended.

It is a very good washer with an impressive noise level. Haven't used drier yet so cannot comment. I am surprised that the drier doesn't require a separate ducting during the install though, hope it would just release all the humid air into my utility room. Except for automatically calculate detergent use, it is not as smart as I imagine it would be. Connecting with Samsung's smart thing app doesn't really give you any extra advantage that you wouldn't already know when you load the laundry in.

Great washing machine but I only have it for 1.5 years and it already broke down 3 times, in one of which the whole room was filled with water. They keep fixing it which is nice but it doesn't stay that way for long time, I worry that once the warranty is over it will be a very very heavy paper weight. So if you like using your friends washing machines I would recommend getting this one as a decoration piece.

Its ok but probably not worth the money - its not as quiet as you think it would be and it trips the electric sometimes. It also had a bad odour when it first came but a packet of washing machine cleaner sorted that out. The controls are very complicated and not very intuitive, its hard to tell what all the options do.

Absolutely fantastic The wash is the best I have ever had Bubble Wash is great but the auto dosh is the best feature have used for a month so far and still no need to top up
