Works great. Very happy with it

Personally I think the best features of this washer dryer are noise limits - it's super quiet and you'd barely notice it working whether it's laundry or drying. I'm still hooked up on the idea of adwash door which I love as it came handy from start and I think this is the only thing the made me to keep it. Big disappointment was WiFi control function. I think the name itself is misleading. This washer dryer is not WiFi controlled! Even though you can set your desired programme within app (that provides 50% information you can find on actual washer dryer display) then you need to physically go to the machine to transfer it (just like you'd do with bluetooth) and press on and start buttons - what's the point?! There's many washing cycles to chose from and I'm still figuring out what's the best one form me that'd allow continuous was and dry. There's one cycle to wash and dry for max 6kg at wooping +7h cycle. Shorter cycles have weight restrictions but no scale or indicator to info you of you're exceeding limit. Overall I can only compre this washer dryer to beko one I got 5y and the only difference was addwash door, reduced noise limits but increased price and for this reason I give it average rating.

Its a great machine but it took a little time to understand all of the functions. It would certainly benefit from a connected app.

Perfect washing machine money can buy.

Absolutely love this machine. The ability to add last-minute or dropped bits to the wash is genius. And the size of both the drawer and the drum is excellent. I also really rate the dryer - we have had washer/dryers before which have not functioned well as a dryer, but this works as well as any standalone dryer.

I’d recommend anyone looking at this washing machine to avoid this model. I’ve had this Samsung washing machine for around six months and used a variety of the washing cycles. Used probably every other day and followed all manufacturer instructions. All seemed ok but after around five months the washer became faulty and when on the spin cycle it would create a loud banging sound with a metallic grey dust coming out of the bottom. The Samsung and Ao after care wasn’t the best. I spent hours on hold over several nights and took around 10 days to sort a replacement. For the price I would expect a more reliable washer and better after sales service.

Excellent value for money. Good selection of programmes and brilliant washing results. Easy to operate too. Would recommend
