I purchased this washer dryer to save space within my small flat. It looks sleek, high end and runs like a dream. I actually had to double check I put the tumble dry cycle on correctly because it's so quiet when it runs. The capacity is fantastic and I had no issues setting it up - it's very user friendly so if you're impatient like me you can get by without reading set up instructions. It is without a doubt the best appliance I've ever owned. Great in open plan areas!

The machine looked amazing and we were really excited but unfortunately we hadn't realised that it was bigger than standard size (too deep for our work surfaces) so we had a swap for a different model. Gutted as would have loved the add wash feature.

I was so excited for this washing machine specifically for the add-wash function. When it arrived, it was quite long and stuck out from under the counter like a sore thumb. Not a deal breaker. The door and drum are so low, you have to almost bend double to load etc. Again, not a deal breaker. But then I go to wash my silk pillow cases and this ridiculously expensive machine doesn’t have a silk wash neither a hand wash!! Oh my gosh, I know I should have checked but I never thought such an expensive machine from Samsung wouldn’t have silk/hand wash. My 6-year old Candy which this replaced had everything! Then even configuring the wash cycle is such a hassle. Why did they choose the upgrade to look and function like this? The previous model was so much better from the pictures I saw, because it had the traditional knob with the wash programmes written around it. I would have eventually got the hang of this, but the lack of silk/hand wash is a no-no and this is going back.

Great machine with useful features but the smartphone control system didn't really offer as much as we thought. Like just 1 regisered user and someone have to stand in front of control panel to start a program.

Pros: having it in black/grey color to match our kitchen. it is quieter that our previous washing machine. option of shorter cycles. add wash option. ability to monitor and control it using the mobile app. the dryer works well Cons: it is quite deep and sticks out under the worktop. if you are washing more than 6Kg of cottons and more than 3 Kg of synthetics then you have to manually sort out the drying as the dryer capacity is lower than the washing capacity.

It really good product it runs quitely , you can use through your phone and that little addwash its just like a bonus to your everyday live.
