Bought in May 2021, has a 5 year warranty registered with Samsung. Ao delivery excellent. Machine very quiet and easy to use until the water pump failed 9th September 2021. Ran all the checks advised in the manual. Phoned Samsung via number provided by Ao. It's a non-UK 'technical department' who didn't even know that the machine is programmed to pump out at the start of every cycle including the drying cycle so none of the programs can be used. They read out all the checks from the manual and asked me to carry them out again. Then they wanted me to download an app so they could access my phone camera and look at the exterior of the machine (the pump is internal) to check I hadn't 'misused' the machine. 50 minutes on the phone and two departments, both with accents that were very difficult to understand and had a poor command of English, before they agreed to refer it to the nearest repair service who are 120 miles away from me. I did receive a confirmation text and email within 5 minutes of Samsung raising the work order. 24 hours later the repair company haven't received the instruction from Samsung, can't even book the repair until they do and advised that they don't often come up to my area and they're very busy so it would be a while before they could visit anyway. Phoned Samsung back to ask why they still hadn't instructed the repair company. Their computer says the instruction is still being processed. No they can't re-send it as it will raise a second job on their system. I was advised to give it another 24 hours then I should chase it up again with the repair company. The repair company don't work the weekend and today is Friday so that's Monday. Samsung can't even chase it up and get back to me. So no I don't recommend this machine or this manufacturer.

Only just purchased it but so far seems like a brilliant washer I’m not 100% on the dryer yet as it seems to take hours to dry things am I doing something wrong or is this standard

Was so anxious picking a washer dryer combi as there seems to be very mixed reviews across all makes and models, however this Samsung model had better reviews than most so thought I’d take a chance ... absolutely delighted that we did, it’s perfect! So far I’m flying through my laundry very quickly and it’s a real novelty to have perfectly clean dry clothes within around 5 hours collectively after years of having clothes horses cluttering they place up and taking days for clothes to dry. You do have to wash around half the load I would with a stand-alone washer in order for it to be dry when you then put it straight on to a dry cycle but I haven’t found this an issue as both the wash and dry cycles are fairly short in my opinion so you can still get through a lot of washing in one day say, just over a couple of loads. Some reviews have complained about creasing - I haven’t found this an issue at all, but then I tend to remove the clothes once the drying cycle has finished rather than letting them sit in the machine for an extended period of time. Would 100% recommend to anyone ... only bit I don’t like is the very long electronic music the machine plays at the end of each cycle ... but even that’s growing on me as otherwise it’s doing such a great job ??

I read so many reviews before buying a washer dryer. Simply simply because everyone say that they don't dry well. This one has proven them wrong. It washes and dries well! The only thing is cloths get more wrinkly when they come out in the dry. I may want to change the settings and see. And that’s why the 4 stars.

Certainly takes some getting used too after having a separate washer and dryer, but so far this is a great appliance. You will have to rethink past washing habits, for instance, I have to put in fewer towels otherwise it will take forever to dry them. Also a separate spin cycle would have been very welcome. On the plus side it is very quiet and its nice to chuck my washing in programme it with the drying time added and forget about it..

Best washer/dryer I have ever had it is superb. It has all the wash and dry programs you will ever need and is very simple to operate. I am absolutely delighted with it. There is nothing I don't like about this product and I can't commend it highly enough.

It's a fab washing machine but more importantly if things go wrong you want to know you will be looked after. Samsung were brilliant with the warranty, no issues at all with an engineer coming our promptly and as the part would take a while to arrive they agreed to replace it with a new one, which AO delivered very promptly. A very pain free experience.

Excellent product. Lots of different and usable programmes, including very good drying programmes, much better than my last washer dryer. Takes a good sized load for both wash and dry.
