Have had this washing machine before, it's very good and very happy with it. Good quality machine which leaves clothes well washed and well dried when necessary.

A replacement for a previous Smeg washer

We know this is a great washer/dryer as we’re replacing like for like but dropped one star due to the long wash cycles; all options are around 2 hours on all 40 and 60 degree washes!!!
