Does everything we want from a washer dryer.

Amazingly quiet - love the steam fresh cycle. Definitely great value for money. Had it a week and so far so great!

The product might well be good and we’ll find out second time around but this is more a gripe about AO. We were sent a faulty machine which failed on day one. We then had to wait for it to be assessed by an engineer before a replacement was authorised. By the time the next one is delivered, we’ll have been without a washing machine for two weeks. To be fair, once it was assessed as faulty there was no hassle from AO in agreeing to supply a replacement. But that it taking a week and it has to be said that the process is very much on their terms.

The washer is good. You can adjust the quick wash to what you want. The only problem is the spin speed, it stays on a 800 spin which I'd prefer it did the full 1400 spin.. The dryer side of the machine takes way too long. I wouldn't recommend this combi machine.

Pretty good machine, i bought this to get rid of having 2 machines in my smaller kitchen, i live on my own and this is perfect for me. You have to have a play about with the settings and dry time but its works perfectly, not too loud either. Great buy though this machine really looks nice in my kitchen, modern, space saving and i now dont have to keep waiting up at night for my wash cycle to end on my previous machine to put in the dryer! 1 small outlet water pipe too so no condenser tanks to change or big ugly hose to fit out of the wall. Really happy with this purchase and would buy again.
